Modules Delivered:

DESMOND Newly Diagnosed module available (for patients up to 12 months post diagnosis)

DESMOND Foundation module available (for those with established diabetes)

DESMOND Injectable Therapies Programme - for anyone with type 2 diabetes on insulin &/or GLP-1 therapy who would like to be more confident in managing their injectable therapies. To book or for more information about our Injectable Therapies programme please contact Julie on (01946) 68613 or speak to your GP for a referral which they can make by emailing desmond.injectables.cumbria@nhs.net
