DESMOND Newly Diagnosed module available (for patients up to 12 months post diagnosis) - face-to-face
DESMOND Foundation module available (for those with established diabetes) - face-to-face

Overview
Desmond is delivered by a Specialist Diabetes Nurse and a Dietitian. It is your opportunity to come along and learn everything you can about Type 2 diabetes to help keep it under control.
