DESMOND Newly Diagnosed module available (for patients up to 12 months post diagnosis)
DESMOND Foundation module available (for those with established diabetes)

Overview
North East Essex Diabetes Service work with local GP practices, supporting them in the management of their patients with type 2 diabetes. We offer a range of education courses and welcome people with type 2 diabetes to self refer on to a course. Please contact us for more information.
