The role of our Account Managers is to look after the hundreds of organisations licensed to deliver our research-tested programmes. Account Managers, Beverley Humphreys, Claire Stanley and Amar Virdee, are the go-to people for our DESMOND Sites, managing accounts and licences, addressing concerns, and ensuring all needs are met at every stage. Their ability to solve problems and identify new opportunities is a key part of their commitment to delivering personalised, value-driven solutions.

Bev is an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in client relations, communication, and support. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, she works closely with the DESMOND sites to understand their goals and provide solutions that help them. Bev is a relationship-driven Account Manager who loves connecting with her allocated sites. With a warm approach and a talent for understanding what sites need, she ensures every site feels supported and valued. Bev’s goal is simple: make the process easy, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone she works with.
Bev is all about creativity and connection. In her free time, she enjoys reading contemporary fiction, and hosting dinner nights with friends. She’s also an avid traveller who loves discovering new cultures and cuisines.

Claire is a people-focused Account Manager who loves building connections and helping sites succeed. Known for her approachable style and genuine interest in understanding each sites unique goals, she brings warmth, clarity, and steady support to every interaction. Claire believes that great communication and a positive attitude make all the difference.
When she’s not supporting sites, Claire loves staying active outdoors. She enjoys weekend hikes, exploring new coffee shops, and tackling DIY home décor projects.

Outside of work, Amar enjoys keeping fit at the gym. She unwinds by cooking spicy dishes from around the world.
