Day 2 of our Educator training - This event is specifically for anyone looking to train to deliver our Newly Diagnosed & Foundation Module. This event introduces each Educator to the curriculum and resources to deliver both face-to-face and virtual groups.

We would like to inform you that the training you have applied for will cover the NEW version of the DESMOND type 2 diabetes programme, currently referred to as version 7.

Please be aware that your service may continue to deliver the older version (version 6) of the DESMOND type 2 diabetes programme for several months to utilise existing resources. Consequently, you and your line manager, who is copied into this email, may need to discuss whether it is appropriate for you to be trained in the newer version at this time.
