Overview

DESMOND is an award-winning program introduced to Northern Trust in November 2015.

It is an accredited regional course.  Each group session is always unique and it is wonderful meeting and listening to peoples’ experiences both positive and negative. The sessions are informal, including humour as well as the serious business.  If you have, Type 2 Diabetes and wish to find out more on what is diabetes, how to improve diabetes management, understand personal blood results, discover more on food and exercise why not get in touch.
